At Dirty Mids, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customized equipment and worn apparel are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused gear in its original box, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included to avoid damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
